I know I haven't posted a long time. Starting work and then trying to get everything done on my days off, I don't have any time to get on the computer. It doesn't help that the computer is in Lily's room, so when she taking a nap, I can't get on!
Ok.
Her birthday was a blast! So many people came, it was so wonderful. We started out with presents and Lily loved opening her presents. She caught on really quick on how to get to the toys! Then we left for the zoo. Everyone had so much fun. Lily loved getting really close to the animals. At one point the grizzly bear noticed her and walked right up to her at the window! I bet Lily was thinking, "That is a big puppy!" She also petted some goats and had a blast with that. We came home and Lily started to get fussy. After her nap she really didn't want to dive into her birthday cupcake either. Then that night she didn't sleep all night...we got sick! She had a really bad cold and then I also got it cause I was up with her all night long. This cold was a bad one. On Thursday David took her to the Dr. and we found out she had an ear infection. She was miserable and it was the first week of daycare. Not an easy week. Both her and me are starting to get over the cold. The babysitter said she can totally tell a difference in her now that she is getting better.
Work is going great. It seems a lot easier this time around. I don't know why. And everyone is so much nicer to me. I think this situation is going to work out. Lily also loves daycare!! I guess she is center of attention there.
