Lilyanna

We went to the Dr. for Lily on Thursday because all of Wednesday night she coughed. Me and her didn't sleep probably more than an hour. She was just constantly coughing and it sounded like it hurt. So the Dr. got us in and we had to take some x-rays because the Dr. heard some fluid in her lungs. The x-rays looked good but she has the potiental of getting pneumonia. So we are trying some steriods this weekend to see if that clears up her lungs, if not we have to go back and she'll put Lily on a nebulizer. Which won't be fun!! Lily is doing better with alllll the meds she is taking. She is finally sleeping and not coughing as much, but still has a lot of drainage from her nose and coughs after she eats. Hopefully by tomorrow she's better. Taking x-rays of a toddler is not fun!! I had to call David for back up cause I couldn't restrain her by myself. It broke my heart to see her so upset.

We'll keep everyone update on how she is doing.

You wouldn't be able to tell that she is sick cause she doesn't act like it. Still trying see if she can define gravity! She has a bruise under her eye from last night, she was running and tripped and hit her face on the recliner, OUCH. Her new trick is to stand on the coffee table and get mommy and daddy really mad. She is active as ever! At least its not boring in our house. :) She thinks its funny to turn the TV off in the middle of mommy and daddy's shows, throw food at the dogs, steal the remote, get into the dog food (yuck!) and has just figured out how to problem solve, like if she moves her big toys by the counter, she can stand on them to get to goodies! Her favorite words are cracker, ju-juice, puppy, kitty, baby, daddy, and mommy. But its usually "cracker, cracker, cracker"....she loves graham crackers and cheez-its.
